For local shipping, shipping will take approximately:

West Malaysia: 1-5 business days 
East Malaysia: 2-14 business days

To get most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in the Shipping Notification email. 

If the tracking information for your parcel stated that it’s ‘delivered’, but you have trouble locating the delivered parcel:

1. Check with neighbours, family members and colleagues.
2. Look around the delivery location.
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery.
4. Contact the courier company with your tracking information for further information.

We will provide you a refund, should you receive damaged or incorrect item(s).

When your order arrives, please inspect the parcel and item(s) for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment or you have received the wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] immediately. 

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the courier. 

Return by courier services:

1. All items will be inspected on return.
2. All returned items shall be sent in their original condition and packaging.
3. We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the items returned is in an unsuitable condition, or outside of the 7 days return policy, we may dispose of it accordingly.
4. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
5. We reserve the right to refuse any returns requests.
